Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of briskiocuriousvalt.com, operated by Briskio Curious Valt S.L. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them. Last updated 1 January 2026.

1. About us and about this site

briskiocuriousvalt.com is published by Briskio Curious Valt S.L., company number B-88472051, registered office Carrer de la Marina 212, 3º 2ª, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. The site is an editorial travel-planning resource. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, transport provider or accommodation provider. We do not sell travel, take bookings, hold client money or act as an intermediary for any supplier.

2. Nature of the content

Our guides describe general planning approaches, route logic and categories of cost. They are opinions and editorial judgements, not professional advice, and they are not tailored to your circumstances. Opening hours, ticketing rules, permit systems, timetables, fares and entry requirements change frequently and without notice. You are responsible for verifying every operational detail with the relevant official source — the attraction, the transport operator, the national park authority or your government's travel advice service — before you commit money or travel.

We do not publish specific prices, availability or review scores, and where a figure appears it is described as an indicative band. Nothing on the site should be read as a quotation, guarantee of availability, or confirmation that any place, service or route will be open or operating on your dates.

3. Your obligations

You agree to use the site lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
  • use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download the content, or place unreasonable load on the servers;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory or unlawful material through the enquiry form;
  • impersonate another person or organisation, or send us another person's personal data without their knowledge;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
  • reproduce our content commercially, or present it as your own work.

If you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

4. Intellectual property

All text, layout, design, code, illustrations and SVG graphics on this site are owned by Briskio Curious Valt S.L. or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning, and you may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a working link to the page. Any other use — republication, translation, bulk copying, inclusion in a commercial product, or use as training data for machine-learning systems — requires our prior written permission. The names "Briskiocuriousvalt" and "Briskio Curious Valt" and our route mark are our trade marks. Placeholder photography is served from third-party image services under their own terms.

5. Third-party links

We link to official tourism boards, transport operators and public authorities for verification purposes. Those sites are outside our control. We do not endorse them, are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and receive no commission from them. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, or that the content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, holidays, bookings or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This includes — without limitation — missed transport connections, sold-out attractions, refused entry, permit refusals, weather closures, or costs incurred because a detail on this site was out of date. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to EUR 100 in aggregate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. Suspension and termination

We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or the whole of it, at any time and without notice. We may also block access from a particular user, IP address or network where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where the enquiry form is being abused, or where access threatens the security or stability of the service. You may stop using the site at any time; sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 survive termination.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of that state. We ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days before any formal step is taken.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our service or in applicable law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Related documents: our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
